​What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept all major commercial insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
Because coverage can vary, please contact our office to confirm your specific plan.

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

​

Direct Primary Care is a membership-based option that gives you direct access to your primary care provider without insurance billing.

âš  DPC is not health insurance. Many patients keep insurance for services not included, such as hospital care or specialists.

 

How much does Direct Primary Care cost?

​

The membership follows a 12-month cycle:

  • $195 upfront for the month 1

  • $68 per month for the next 11 months

At the start of each new year, the cycle resets with the $195 enrollment fee.

What is included with Direct Primary Care?

  • Unlimited primary care visits

  • In-person and telemedicine appointments

  • Extended, personalized visits

  • Direct access to your primary care provider

  • Discounted labs and imaging through partner facilities
